Hilton, one of the largest, luxurious hotel industries in the entire world made a headline. The big news in the hotel industry is, Hilton Hawaiian Village completed constructing a new tower.

The Hilton makes the most of its prime real estate, surrounding the six hotel towers with copious gardens, an aquatic playground of pools, a lagoon, cascading waterfalls, koi ponds, penguins, and pink flamingos.

The Grand Waikikian, a 38-story timeshare and retail development will be the largest and most luxurious timeshare resort in Waikiki. The Grand Waikikian will join the luxurious Hilton Tower of Ali’I Tower, Rainbow Tower, Kalia Tower, Tapa Tower, Diamond Head Tower, and Lagoon Tower.

Projected to embrace 331 units, The Grand Waikikian will be adjacent to the Lagoon Tower and will feature 34 floors of one-bedroom and two-bedroom timeshare suites, an additional four floors of retail, office and guest amenity space. The top five floors of TGW tower will be designated as exclusive penthouse levels with spectacular views.
