WAIKIKI AQUARIUM is a place where you can meet familiar ocean creatures, such as cute and cuddly seals, for a wonderful and rare opportunity of marine life exploration.

The aquarium is operated by the University of Hawaii to bring together and introduce residents and visitors of Hawaii to our wonderful neighbors living in the sea. The aquarium has more than 420 different species of aquatic animals on display!

The aquarium is divided into separate sections for each animal with a remote-control activated recorded commentary describing the species on display. Movies are also available to be viewed for more detailed information.

This aquarium is small and homey, just like the islands of Hawaii! What a perfect place to meet our closest neighbors.
