They offer a drink every single day, for example on Independence Day, they served “Freedom Flow”, which was mixture of rum, pinacolada, pineapple juices that combined to create a beautiful red-white-blue colored drink. This was so delicious and so pretty that everyone who stopped by the pool ended up ordering one!

Also, you must stop by the Ice Cream Social that’s held every Tuesday at 3:30pm. Guest staying at Hali’i Kai not only get free ice cream, but also a chance to put their own toppings for their own special ice cream sundaes!!

Hali’i Kai isn’t just for eating. There is also the place where you can work out. The athletic space is located near the palm trees. This space is perfect for exercising. It’s built like a house, but with 4 sliding doors that you can open to take in the view. You can actually see and smell the ocean while biking or doing weight training. Even you don’t get a chance to work out, you’ll definitely regret not bringing your sneakers.

Each room at Hali’i Kai has a different interior design based on the owner’s tastes and their arrangements. The room I stayed this time had a simple interior with dark colored (but very chic) furniture. Luxurious accessories, furniture and marble bathrooms made the unit look like the rooms of a million dollar home. The house had 2 bedrooms with huge beds (plus sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms.

Passing through the beautiful kitchen and the big flat screen TV in the living room, you can go outside and see the gorgeous ocean.

There are also garden view and ocean view rooms and 3 bed room suites available. Prices start from $180 and are very reasonable. A maximum of 8 people can stay in one unit, so you can relax with your friends and family in paradise. For international guests, a Japanese concierge is there to help you on weekdays. Feel free to ask them about the menu or making reservations for activities.
